Product Return Policy

Products

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an even exchange. Credit value can be placed in Body Balance account for returned items.

 

Gift Cards

Body Balance Massage and Skincare Spa Gift Cards can only be redeemed for services and merchandise. Gift Cards  cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuity. Promotional packages placed on gift cards expire 1 year after purchase. Gift Card value will remain in your account until used. Applicable sales tax will be collected at time of redemption.
